Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc has said brand loyalty by its customer paved way for the exponential growth of the bank.

As the forerunner mortgage bank in Nigeria, the bank commended its customers as it joins other organizations to celebrate 2019 International Customer Service Week (ICSW).

CSW for this year holds between October 7 — October 11. Based on this year’s CSW theme, 'The magic of service,' the bank said its exceptional customer service helps in granting fulfillment to customers thereby making them a strong advocate of the company’s products and services.

The bank in a statement by its spokesperson, Akinwale Ishola said the celebration of this year’s Customer Service Week promises to be remarkable going by some of its planned activities.

Ishola said the Bank’s Management team would present gifts to some customers in appreciation of their continuous patronage and support.

The bank through its client executives also plans a face-to-face interaction in a bid to make the customer experience worthwhile.

Ishola said, “We hold our customers in high esteem and we appreciate them daily but this Customer Service Week is a great opportunity to restate our values and ensure that the satisfaction of customers is our topmost priority. We keep on developing tools that will make their experience seamless while using all of our products and services."

Also, the MD/CEO, Dr. Olabanjo Obaleye expressed his sincere appreciation to customers noting that new products are being developed based on market realities, E-banking service, payment options and so much more.

This, he explained, was solely to ensure that all customers go home fully satisfied any time they visit the bank to use of any of the services and products.

“Nigerians believe in us because we are creating shelter and making homes happen with flexibility in re-payment. We are committed to contributing our quota to bridging the housing deficit in the country," Dr. Obaleye said.

The Group Head of IT and Operations, Mr. Sunday Olumorin said, “Our customers’ happiness is our happiness. We have opened new branches, improved the turnaround time in accessing mortgages. Also, we have capitalized on one of our core values, which is technology in all forms to ensure that customer service solutions will embrace new technological trends that will enhance the experience of customers in all of our processes.

Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank has trained an efficient and vast customer service team to ensure that customers of the bank are well guided and informed in all the stages of processing for any of the bank's mortgage products due to the peculiarity of the bank.
