How to report

- Provide as much detail as possible
- Include dates, locations, and people involved
- Report anonymously — no identity details are required
What happens next
- Your report is received by the Compliance team
- Each report is assigned a confidential reference
- An impartial review is conducted promptly
- Appropriate corrective action is taken where needed
- You may be contacted for clarification if desired
